Spot Chartering

ACM’s chartering team facilitates more than 1000 crude/product fixtures a year including a substantial volume of tonnage employed for period charter. The dedicated team combines the expertise of around 57 highly experienced brokers including 23 spot brokers, 16 project/sale and purchase brokers and 16 derivatives brokers. The chartering team is supported by a skilled operations group and market analysts. It works closely with all major industry participants, including ship owners and managers, oil majors, oil traders and operators.

Project Brokerage

The substantial volume of period charters facilitated by ACM’s project group has set it apart as a market leader in project business. The nine-strong project team in London and Singapore is recognised for its expertise in developing creative solutions for seaborne transportation problems and has developed a reputation for innovation in the long-term chartering of tankers and offshore installations. ACM is a pioneer in the use of structured finance and tax-based leasing deals for oil and gas tankers, offshore vessels and other offshore installations.
